New York Necklace Etched Brass Skyline Cityscape Statue of Liberty
New York Skyline Necklace made from etched brass.
- I wanted to create a new idea I have had for a while.
- I took a piece of brass and etched the New York City skyline into it.
- I then added a natural patina that gave it the dark background.
- You can see in the images that the back is still fully patinaed.
- The natural patina has blue flecks in it to add to the design.
- It is strung from a matching brass tone chain that is 18 inches in length.
- The clasp on this one is at the front of the necklace, right on the pendant.
- The pendant is 1.5 inch in diameter.

This necklace is made from a piece of brass. It would make a perfect gift for any one in or from the Empire State. The skyline is etched in to the metal and then a natural patina was added to make the skyline pop. The back still has the full patina on it with little flecks of the natural blue that brass gets when a patina is added. It is strung on a matching brass tone chain that is 18 inches in length. The clasp on this one is in the front right on the pendant itself. The pendant measures in at 1.5 inch in diameter and would look amazing with any outfit.
