Gift Wrapping?

Most of my items are wrapped carefully and sent out in a brown gift box (when applicable). If different gift wrap is required, we can arrange an extra surcharge.

Broken Items?

If your item arrives damaged from traveling to you, you can send me photos of the item to assess it and we can either look at sending you a replacement (only items I have more in stock of at the time) or sending it back for a refund. I will ask for your help filing an insurance claim if returning it is the option of choice.

What Sizes Are your Rings?

A majority of my rings are fully adjustable. I have adjusted them from a US size 5 up to a US size 12 on some. It will state in the listing if it is adjustable or not.

How long does it take for something to ship out?

My shipping times are based on the U.S. Postal Service business days and hours. I usually get ready to ship items out the door within 3 to 5 business days.

How long does it take to get my order?

Shipments within the lower 48 can take up to 5 days to arrive after I ship out with first class mail. Anywhere else can take up to 14 business days or more in some cases with regular mail. Customs can slow that time sometimes as well, so patience is key. 

Custom Fees, Import Taxes, Etc.

Buyers are responsible for paying any custom fees, import taxes, duty fees, etc. 

Can I have something Sent as a Gift on custom forms?

All of my orders that require a customs form can not be marked as a gift or present. Due to legal reasons, they are all marked as merchandise.
