Return Policies

I don't accept cancellations of any order.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges under these conditions:

- Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Do not return an item without contacting me, please.

- Contact me within: 7 days of delivery to possibly return something

- All items MUST be in original condition to be returned. If items are damaged in transit, you will need to send me images of the item in its condition before I allow a return/exchange for it.

- Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery and after we have discussed the return.

  • Made to Order/Custom made items are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. This is also in compliance to the EU law regarding returns and exchanges


The buyer is fully responsible for any return shipping costs that may accrue.

For packages lost/damaged in transit: We will have to file an insurance claim for it being damaged or lost, which requires the buyer to fill out an affidavit. This has to be done before 90 days has past or we can not file. The buyer will receive a refund (or a replacement, if available) once the insurance claim is processed. If the item is damaged and the buyer has to send it back, a replacement/refund will be sent once I have the original item in hand. If the buyer wants the items repaired and sent back, that can be done as well. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs that may accrue.

When a refund is issued, it can take 2 to 5 business days to show up at the buyers banking institution. Please be patient.

For International customers: The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, and any other import charges upon delivery of your package. If they refuse these charges and the package is sent back to me, the amount for the item minus shipping costs and a restocking fee of $5.00 USD will be refunded and the item will be placed back in stock. International orders CAN NOT be marked as gifts or presents on custom forms.
